Please do not email passwords, API keys or other secrets, and only send code you are comfortable sharing. HCODX never asks for your password or payment details.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report helps us fix the problem quickly. Please include:
- The page or tool you were using (for example
/editor/or/html-runner/) - Your browser and version, and your operating system or device
- What you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead
- A small piece of code that reproduces the problem, if you can share one
- Any error message, or a screenshot of the browser console

Corrections to our articles
We want our blog posts and guides to be accurate. If you find a mistake, an outdated comparison or a code sample that does not work, email [email protected] with the page address and the change you suggest. We review corrections and update the article.
Privacy and data requests
HCODX has no accounts and does not upload your code, so we hold no personal profile about you. Questions about analytics or advertising cookies, or requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, can be sent to [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what is collected and how to opt out.
Reporting an ad
Ads on HCODX are provided by Google AdSense. If you see an ad that seems misleading, offensive or inappropriate, use the "AdChoices" or "Why this ad?" control on the ad to report it directly to Google. You can also email [email protected] with the page address and a description or screenshot of the ad, and we will review it and block the advertiser where possible.

- Lost work: projects are saved only in your own browser. We cannot see or recover them, so please export important projects regularly.
